However, if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
- You can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery, or
- You received a wrong item.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
- Important: A clear unboxing video is mandatory while opening the package.
Refund or replacement claims will only be processed if the video clearly shows that the product was damaged or incorrect at the time of opening.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
- Products that are opened, used, or tampered with (without video proof) are not eligible for return or refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
💳 Refund Method
Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed to the
same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
